    Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days for general items and 7 days for outerwear from the date of purchase. If the stipulated return period has elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot process a refund or exchange.

    To qualify for a return, please ensure that the products are in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all tags still attached to the garment, if applicable.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    Additional non-returnable items:
    Gift cards
    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification acknowledging the receipt of your returned item. Subsequently, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for some processing time, and the exact duration may vary.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend taking the following steps. First check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Processing times for refunds may vary, and contacting your bank can help clarify the status of the transaction.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, all sale item is a final sale and is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

    Restocking fee (if applicable)

    A 15% restocking/processing fee will be charged to all cancelled orders.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@momentumshop.ca and send your item to: 160-2102 8th Street East, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, S7H-0V1, Canada.

    To initiate the return process, please contact sales@momentumshop.ca.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    For outerwear returns, we kindly request that you utilize a shipping method that provides a tracking number, and it is mandatory to include package insurance. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to products during transit.

    Once you have shipped your package, please promptly provide us with the shipping date and the corresponding tracking number. This information ensures a smoother and more efficient processing of your return.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
