Returns
Please note that all launch shoes and sale items are final sale.
Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days for general items and 7 days for outerwear from the date of shipping. If the stipulated return period has elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot process a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, please ensure that the products are in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all tags still attached to the garment, if applicable.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, all sale item is a final sale and is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Cancellation
Cancellations are subject to approval and may incur a 15% restocking or processing fee. Sequential orders may indicate bot activity and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and may be canceled or refused shipment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at sales@momentumshop.ca.
Price Matching
We offer price matching on identical products if you find a lower price on local retailer websites. This does not apply to overseas websites. The product must match in brand, SKU, and both the retailer and Momentum still have the size in stock. Requests should be submitted either before purchase or within 5 business days after purchase. Please note that price matching applies only to online purchases, and we reserve the right to decline any price match request.
Refunds (if applicable)
To initiate the return process, please contact us at sales@momentumshop.ca.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification acknowledging the receipt of your returned item. Subsequently, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for some processing time, and the exact duration may vary.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For outerwear returns, we kindly request that you utilize a shipping method that provides a tracking number, and it is mandatory to include package insurance. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to products during transit.
Once you have shipped your package, please promptly provide us with the shipping date and the corresponding tracking number. This information ensures a smoother and more efficient processing of your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
Check Your Bank Account: Start by reviewing your account to confirm that the refund hasn’t been processed.
Contact Your Credit Card Company: Refunds may take some time to appear in your account. Contact your credit card company to inquire about any delays.
Reach Out to Your Bank: If your credit card company confirms the refund, your bank may still need time to process the transaction. Contact your bank for more details about the status of the refund.
